To see Humpback Whales, FREE IN NATURE, in PERSON, is an experience BEYOND DESCRIPTION!

The MASSIVE, MAJESTIC MAMMALS that visit the bay yearly, are both WELCOMED and HIGHLY PROTECTED by Colombia, thru EDUCATION to visitors, to this ISOLATED, PRISTINE, (there are no roads in) ECODESTINATION.

One morning in MEDELLÍN, picked up by your PROFESSIONAL DRIVER and whisked away to MEDELLÍN’S LOCAL AIRPORT, where after a quick flight of under an hour, has you landing on the PACIFIC COAST OF COLOMBIA, and PURE JUNGLE.

A huge relief has you entering your AIR CONDITIONED Hotel room only minutes after landing as it is literally only 20M from the AIRPORT!

Over the next 2 DAYS, your LEGALLY, LICENSED, (highly respectful, and responsible WHALE WATCHING) CAPTAIN, will take you out in the MASSIVE BAY, (one day N. and one day S.), in search of (and you WILL FIND), the MAJESTIC BEASTS, as well as different HIDDEN BEACHES, THERMAL SPRINGS and DESTINATIONS, each a PARADISE on their own!

Itinerary

DAY 1: MEDELLIN TO NUQUI:

After a professional driver collects you, you will driven to Medellin´s Local Airport, (15min, from Poblado), where after a very short flight, you will be landing in the very exclusive, (no raods in), paradise on the Pacific coast, NUQUI

DAY 2: Whale watching:

Bright and early you are met by the team, and brought down to the docks, where after loading the boat, and a quick safety briefing and introduction, you are off for the day, (either North, or South, one day in each direction), where along the way, spotting whales, and dolphins, stopping off at most impressive beaches and surprise destinations/ hot springs, and various little pieces of Paradise, to relax, swim, and try delicious food! (meals NOT included in this package, however along the way there are several options to purchase food and lunch, organized by your captain) After a full day sailing and spotting all kinds of wildlife, returning to the docks hopefully with lots of photos and videos of the Whales!

DAY 3: Whale watching:

Bright and early DAY 2, you are again met by the team, and brought down to the docks, where after loading the boat, and a quick safety briefing and introduction, you are off for ANOTHER full the day, (THIS TIME THE OPPOSITE, either North, or South,-which is a very different experience, and increases your probability of more encounters!) …where along the way, spotting whales, and dolphins, stopping off at MORE impressive beaches and surprise destinations/ hot springs, and various little pieces of Paradise, to relax, swim, and try MORE delicious food! (meals NOT included in this package, however along the way there are several options to purchase food and lunch, organized by your captain) After a full day sailing and spotting all kinds of wildlife, returning to the docks hopefully with lots AND LOTS of photos and videos of the Whales!

*some optional activities at various points do have an additional cost if you wish to participate.

You are freely able to choose which you want, since not all activities may not be desired, for that stop you can relax on the beach for the duration of that stop.

Interesting destinations are made to beak up the hours of the day in a boat on the open ocean, minimizing any sea sickness

DAY 4: RETURN TO MEDELLIN:

No need to rush, airport is only across the street, so do your morning routine with peace, then, simply cross the street to catch your return flight to Medellin, where your driver will be waiting for you, like a BOSS:
