THE BLACK PEARL OF THE PACIFIC, Quibdó -Chocó. Celebrate the festival of San Francisco de Asís (San Pacho) in which the identity of the Chocoan culture is summarized. Every year, the streets of Quibdó become a parade of floats, in striking dawns, in festivals where people share with the neighbors. On this date the city becomes a happy and colorful setting in which a mystical, cultural experience is lived. and spiritual in homage to Saint Francis of Assisi.
This event is the most visible cultural expression of black communities. It is celebrated in the 12 neighborhoods of Quibdó, which have the duty of organizing the event so that all attendees feel at home, while the magnificent nature embraces your soul.
